Charles Lee "Judge" Ragland, 91, of Clinton, Missouri, died on April 15, 2015. He was the oldest child of Daniel B. Ragland and Lena (Tubbesing) Ragland. He operated a dairy farm and planted row crops. In his early years his family was elected as the extension farm family of Henry County, and was frequently the winner of the local corn bushel contest. He married Margaret Louise Norcross on May 26, 1948, and the couple had one child. He is survived by his daughter, two granddaughters, three great-grandchildren, and one brother. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Margaret, who died in 2007; parents; four brothers; one sister; and one niece. After retirement he and his wife moved to Clinton, Missouri. They joined Golden Valley Square Dancers. He was a member of the United Methodist church and Methodist Mens Club. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. on April 18, 2015 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri.
