Noble Phillips, age 91, a native of Rankin, (County uncertain) Texas and a resident of Fresno, CA for 80 years, passed away at a Madera hospital. He was a train engineer for Santa Fe Railroad for 35 years.
Noble is survived by his two sons, Jeff & Jason Phillips both of Fresno, CA, his two daughters, Linda Williams & LuAnn Hindes both of Madera, CA and his brother, Samuel Phillips of Kansas. He was the grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 6.
