CYNTHIA ELLIS Cynthia Louise Ellis passed away on April 4, 2015 at Enloe Hospital, Chico, California at the age of 91. She was born on May 25, 1923 to Kenneth Ellis and Louise Winthrop Ellis in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to moving to Chico, she lived in Idywild and LaJolla, CA. As a young girl she traveled thru out Europe with her mother and brother. She attended a girls school in Switzerland and became fluent in the French language. She is survived by her brother Robert and sister-in law Marta of Nakoma, Florida, and two nephews. Her burial will be in the family plot at Lakewood Cemetery, in Minneapolis, MN. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends who knew her. She was special to all.
