Laverne Parker passed away Monday, April 13th, at the age of 96. Laverne was born to Oscar and Ethel Bode nee McDonald on November 6, 1918 in Gillespie County.

She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Ellebracht and her husband Levi of Fredericksburg, grandson James Ellebracht. 4 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.

Laverne is preceded in death by her husband J.H. “Son” Parker; parents Oscar and Ethel Bode; brothers , Leo Bode and Cecil Bode; sisters Floy Bode, Hallis Parker.

Funeral service will be on Friday April 17 at 10:00 am in the Lighthouse Fellowship Chapel in Harper TX (2nd & Roberts) with Rev. James Engelmann officiating interment to following the Noxville Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday April 16, 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Ellebracht, Jeff Perry, David Dieter, Buzzy Parker, Ronald Bode, Frank Ornelas, Owen Ellebracht, Derringer Fritz.

Memorials may be made to Lighthouse Fellowship Chapel, The Noxville Cemetery, or the charity of one's choice.
