Denise Jane Lee Obituary1944-2015 Denise Jane (nee O’Brien) Lee, 70, died peacefully surrounded by family on April 12, 2015. Denise was a 47 year resident of Lansdowne Borough. Born in Upper Darby, PA on December 7, 1944, she attended and graduated from Upper Darby High School. Denise was employed at A-Jon Construction and was a truck driver of 34 years. Denise was a loving and compassionate mother as well as a friend who extended her love and support to anyone who needed it. She was a lover of animals and worked tirelessly to aid injured and homeless animals. Denise was preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Dorothea Jane (Bradley) O’Brien, her brother Dennis Bradley O’Brien and her nephew Dennis Bradley O’Brien, Jr. Denise is survived by her sister Diane; her children, Dina, John, Vernon, Zachary, Cathy, and Renee. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jessica, John, Justyn, Hannah, Nick, Karleigh, and Bryce; her great-granddaughter Dallis as well as 19 nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her Visitation, Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 10am, Christ Lutheran Church, 7240 Walnut St., Upper Darby, PA 19082. Her Memorial Service will follow at 11am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Spayed Club, 800 Chester Pike, #B, Sharon Hill, PA 19079 or The Delaware County Humane Society, 413 S. 2nd St., Colwyn PA 19023.
