She was preceded in death by her parents, A. Coley and Alma B. Webb, two brothers, Allen and Clark Webb, and a nephew Robert E. Webb.
Survivors include her son, Keith D. Phillips, daughter-in-law Susan G. Phillips, and grandson Ryan G. Phillips, all of Madison, GA; her daughter, Michelle Phillips Henry, and son-in-law Douglas Henry; her sister, Montez McDonald, and a nephew David M. Webb.
