Funeral services for Mr. William Duriavich will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Burial will be in Glen Oak Cemetery, West Chicago [sic, recte Hillside]. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Born Jan. 12, 1915, in Chicago, he passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at his home. Bill was a farm owner in West Chicago most of his life. He also enjoyed training dogs and won many trophies and ribbons over the years. He is survived by his siblings, Jean (Ed) Brown of West Chicago, Ida Donahue of Lisle, John (Betty) Duriavich, and Rudy (Betty Jean) Struchil, both of Naperville; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Struchil and Andrew Duriavich; his step-father, Oliver Struchil: and two sisters, Alice Hanson [sic, recte Hansen] and Lillian Betts.
