Frank Edward Hodges, 87, Topeka, passed away April 14, 2015.

Frank was born June 19, 1927, in Chanute, Kansas, the son of Marion and Mabel Jones Hodges. He married Millie (Minnie) Lowe in Chanute, September 1950, moving to Topeka in 1951. He retired from Kansas Electric Supply in 1989. Frank’s love was jazz, playing his trumpet with many groups, friends and his church.

Frank is survived by his dog, Tikki Tu, his wife; and many special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elree Eng.

Funeral service will be at Rolling Hills Christian Church, 46th and North 75 Hwy, Monday, April 20, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Visitors will be received preceding the service at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Chanute KS.
