There are thirteen members of the O'TOOLE family buried in this grave on the south/west corner of Freeman Street and Gilroy Street Rookwood.

The remains of Tobias and Elizabeth O'Toole, and their infant daughter Elizabeth, were moved from Petersham Cemetery and reinterred at Rookwood on 1st February 1927.
