Excerpt -- Graveside services for Marie G. Weisend, 78, formerly of 202 E. Main St., were held today in Jackson, Mich. Mrs. Weisend died Sunday morning in Centerburg, Ohio. She was born May 11, 1900, in Morgantown, W.Va., to the late Samuel and Dora (Harner) Ringer. She was a resident of Newark for the last 19 years. Her husband, John E. Weisend, died in 1956. She is survived by one son, Jack Weisend of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Norris of Cumberland, Md.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Criss Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
