HOUSTON — George S. Clarabut, 68, a native of Houston, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2005, after an extended illness. Mr. Clarabut was active in oil field sales for over 40 years. He and his wife lived abroad for many years and they traveled extensively.
George is survived by his loving family, wife, Theda; daughters and sons-in-law, Shelia and John Kennedy, Kelly and Robert Givens; sons and daughters-in-law, George and Cathy Clarabut, Craig and Annette Clarabut; Jimmy Smith; brothers, Garlan and Gary Clarabut; 8 grandchildren; step-mother, Bunny Clarabut and numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2005, in the Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home, Champions with the Rev. Don Lee, Metropolitan Baptist Church, officiating.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the care given by the third floor personnel of TIRR Hospital, Dr. Christopher Lavergne his physician, and to his exceptional caregivers, Sondra and Patricia providing for his extended care.
