Paige was born January 22, 1967, in West Monroe, LA and passed away peacefully on April 12, 2015 in Monroe, LA after a lengthy illness. She was a graduate of West Monroe High School and an Honor Graduate of ULM with a degree in Marketing. After graduation while living and working in Dallas, she met her future husband, Danny Moore. They married, started their family and remained there for 15 years before returning to Monroe when Paige’s health began to fail.
Growing up Paige was a quiet and loving child with a sweet spirit that remained with her throughout her life. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, daughter-in-law and friend. Even after receiving a devastating diagnosis she was the strongest one of us all. Paige accepted Jesus as her Savior as a young adult at Edgewood Baptist Church and later attended Cedar Crest Baptist and First West singing in the Youth Choir….before moving to Dallas. We are assured today that she is healed and with our Lord.
Paige was preceded in death by her father, Gary Smith and her maternal grandparents, Sherman and Wally Biggs.
Survivors: her loving husband, Danny Moore and their children, Blake and Brooke; her parents, Bob and Barbara Dumas; her sisters Alaina Johnson and husband, Craig, Christy Roach and husband, Tim, step-sister, Shannon Dumas of White River Junction, VT, and step-brother, Derek Dumas and wife, Kristi; her special aunt, Ann Sims and her daughter, Leigh Ann Hebel both of Greenville, SC, sister-in-law, Debbie Cummins, brother-in-law, Scott Moore and wife, Heather; nieces and nephews, Mattison, Hannah, Erin, Taylor, Jamie, Cristy, Kayin and Cooper; plus numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends in her extended family.
