Dustin Evan Clark, 7, of Greensboro, died Sunday, February 9, 1997, at his residence.

Inurnment service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at Westminster Gardens Cemetery.

A native of DeLand, Florida, he attended Browns Summit Elementary School.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Trena Clark of the home; brother, Devin Eric Clark of the home; paternal grandmother, Karen Clark of Gibsonville; maternal grandmother, Vickie Kelly of Apopka, Fla.; maternal grandfather and wife, Carroll and Sallie Phillips Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla.; cousin, Rusty Abbey of Gibsonville; aunts, Teresa Barricks of Greensboro, and Sherri Bowman of Orlando, Fla.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Chapel, and other times at the residence.

Cause of death: Leukodystrophy
