BALL, BRIAN DEAN , 30, was called home by his Lord on June 2, after a courageous battle with cancer. Services will be Monday, June 5, 11:00 a.m., at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane. Interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas. Born September 12, 1975 in Lubbock, Texas, Brian grew up in the Dallas area and later moved to California where he enjoyed the beaches and sunsets. He had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. He was a talented artist and loved music. He is survived by his parents Dawn Rosser Smithson and Bobby Ball; daughter, Nicole; sisters, Ashley Taylor, Robin Shores, Renee Dodds; brothers, Rocky Ball and Bobby Ball; grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Ball. Visitation will be Sunday, June 4, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brian's memory to Irving Cancer Center, 972-579-4300 or Vitas Hospice Care, 817-870-7000.
