He had one time worked for the American Viscose had worked various jobs including being a taxi driver and a telemarketer. He loved Nascar, working all kinds of puzzles and taking drives.
He is surivived by his siblings, Betty Rittenhouse, Joe Milligan and Kenneth Milligan all of Parkersburg, Rosemary Peck of Belpre and Abigail "Sharon" Anderson of Williamstown. Many nieces and nephews. His very dear friend of many years, Patricia Tennant and her family especially her grandson Isaac.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Milligan and his sister, Linda Kirk.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00am at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Evangelist Hoss Ridgeway officiating. Entombment will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
