Kenneth Dale Cooper, 67, of Point Pleasant, WV, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, April 11, 2015, after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born November 17, 1947, in Princeton, WV, to the late Clarence and Martha (Hill) Cooper.

He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and employee of AEP for 40 years before his retirement in 2010. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Point Pleasant.

He was also preceded in death by
one brother, Daniel Cooper;
a sister, Nancy Brown;
brother-in-law, Ron Bayes.

He is survived by
his loving wife of 31 years, Elizabeth Wayne Cox Cooper; one son, Brian (Alisa) Cooper of Charlottesville, VA;
a beloved daughter, Sonja (Gene) Hibshman of Greenville, SC;
five grandchildren, Kenneth Hibshman, Erin Jones, Alex Hibshman, Matthew Cooper and Schuyler Cooper;
two great-grandchildren, Kaiden Hibshman and Cohen Thomas;
three sisters, Georgia Bayes, Janie (Ken) Gassman and Jean Basham;
a brother-in-law, Dayton Brown;
many more loving family members and friends.

Funeral service at the Presbyterian Church in Point Pleasant, WV with Pastor John Holland officiating. Entombment at Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery in Princeton, WV with military given by the West Virginia Army Honor Guard.
