Services Friday For Mrs. Simms
Mrs. Ethel Lynn Simms, 50, lifelong resident of Madison County, died at her home, 1030 Vanderbilt Drive last night. Funeral services will be held from the residence Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock.
Burial wil be in State Line cemetery with the Rev. Shelby Gurley officiating. Laughlin-Service will be in charge.
Mrs. Simms is survived by her husband, O. W. Simms. Also surviving are four sons, O. B., G. M., J. L.., all of Huntsville, and N. W. Simms, of the US Navy; two daughters, Mrs. J. H. McQuiston of Huntsville, and Mrs. T. E. Hewing of El Paso, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Lindsey, Mrs. Mary Jones of Huntsville and Mrs. Ora Curry of Birmingham; one brother, Allen Lynn of Huntsville; stepmother, Mrs. Carrie Lynn of Huntsville; four step-brothers, one step-sister, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
