Charles was a son of Charles H and Edith (Paugh) Biggs. Mr. Biggs was twice married. His first wife Lena (Miller) Biggs, died in 1959.

He is survived by his second wife Mrs. Lucy Biggs, one son William T. Biggs, two grand-children, two great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren

Charles was a mechanical engineer, and worked for the Continental Can Company for 42 years
