She was the daughter of the late Robert "Bob" Walker and Lula Dent Walker. As a member of the Simmons Creek United Christian Church, she served as Bible School teacher and Sunday School teacher. She loved to sing, sew, and cook. She had said that her greatest accomplishment was that of being a Mother.
Eileen served in World War II in the US Army WAC Med Sec 1322 SCU. She also was the former chaplain for the Charleston Chapter of Ex-POWs.
She is survived by her daughters, sons, and grandchildren; also one brother and one sister.
