74, of Charlotte, died Monday, November 26, 2001 in Charlotte Health Care. Born April 28, 1927 in Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late John Walter Case and Flora King Case. She attended Thrift United Methodist Church.
A memorial service to Celebrate the Life of Kathleen Case Ivester will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 30, 2001 at Thrift United Methodist Church with The Reverend Loretta Stutz and The Reverend Sammie Case, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W.J. Ivester. Survivors include her brother, Jack Case of Charlotte; sister, Pauline Pace of Hendersonville, NC; and a brother-in-law, C.J. Nolen of Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thrift United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 205, Paw Creek, NC 28130 or to Gloryland Baptist Church, 3001 Gloryland Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28213.
