Sylvia, 79, of Beaverton, MI. passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant.
Funeral Services for Sylvia were held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, with Pastor Fred Becknell officiating. A Luncheon followed in the Reflections Reception Center.
Sylvia was the daughter of Norman and Beulah (Lee) Martin. Sylvia was a social worker for the State of Michigan for over 20 years. She was an avid Tigers fan and enjoyed going on road trips, to the casino, and fishing.
Sylvia is survived by her children, Roger (Brenda) Roberson of Mt. Pleasant, Steven (Becky) Roberson of Sanford, and Brent (Kim) Roberson of Midland; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her daughters, Vicki Ziemer and Brenda Scott; husband, William Brewer; parents, Norman and Beulah Martin; brother, Bruce Martin; and sister, Mildred Tamplein.
