Alice, age 81, formerly of Church St in Parish died Nov 30 at Oswego Hospital after a long illness. A native of Osceola, Mrs Skinner lived in Parish many years. She was a waitress for 30 years at Candlelight Cottage in Parish. She was pre-deceased by her first husband Neil Rhinehart and her second husband her second husband Mr Skinner. A son Dale Rhinehart died in 1988 and another son Guilford Rhinehart died in 1994. She was a member of the Parish Presbyterian Church, Ladies Aid Society and Silver Crest Rebekah Lodge in mexico. She was a former Parish village trustee. Surviving are two daughters, Eleanor Koehler of Scriba and Doreen Trevett of Parish and a son Garry Rhinehart of Parish. A sister Roberta Merritt of Maple View. Burial was in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery.
