Edgar Wright, 96, of Corona, California, died April 7, 2015. He was born August 10, 1918 in Kansas City, MO, son of Leon and Minnie Wright. Ed attended Westport High School in Kansas City. He served his country proudly in World War II, Philippines 863rd Aviation Battalion as Army Tech 5. In 1940 he married Lenora Ellen Franklin; they were married for 61 1/2 years. He worked for Manor Baking Company in Kansas City but became a Dental Technician and worked for Dysart Dental Lab for 25 years. Surviving are Daughters Christine McManigal, Patricia Parham, Son, John Wright, 7 Grandchildren, 9- Great-Grandchildren, 4-Great-Great- Grandchildren. Edgar was preceded in death by parents, 4 brothers, 1 sister, Carrol, Rex, Elmo, Robert, Minnie and his spouse, Lenora. Viewing will be held at Crossroads Christian Church, 2331 Kellogg Ave. Corona (Chapel) on Monday, April 13, 2015 with Viewing from 10:00 pm - 12:00 pm with funeral service at 12:00 pm.
