Jay L. Hoover of Bayside Village, NJ, formerly of Elizabethtown, PA, on October 9, 2004, entered into the kingdom of heaven to be with our Lord and his Mother Lillie, Father Ezra, Brother Bob, Sister Grace, and Daughter Kelly Ann.
He is survived by his wife Diane Crawford and son Marc, stepchildren Lee Crawford, Diana Lynn Crawford and Michael Crawford; nine grandchildren as well as brothers Herb and wife Jane, Frank and wife Audrey, sisters Della and husband Guy, Irene and husband Herb, Fran and husband Al as well as sister-in-law Edie Hoover.
A retiree of Wyeth Laboratories, Marietta and Resorts USA, Outdoor World Resorts as a Manager of Sea Pines, Lake & Shore NJ, Cape Cod Rochester, MA and Outdoor World Orlando, FL. He served in the US Army with an Honorable discharge in 1963.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #184, Wildwood, NJ and the Villas Fishing Club.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jay s Life Celebration Memorial Service at St. Simeon s-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church, 2502 Central Avenue, Wildwood, NJ on Saturday, October 16, 2004 at 2 pm.
