He was a driver for Forsgren Construction Company.
He was preceded in death by his Companion, Diane Cunningham; and his parents Charles & Nannie (Weaver) Adkins.
Graveside service will be at 10 AM Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by one sister, Margie Johnson of Van Buren; four brothers, Jim Adkins of Tulsa, OK, Charles Adkins, Jr. of Mountainburg, Benny & Eddie Adkins both of Van Buren.
