Mrs. Bowie was a retired dietician for Choctaw County Schools and a retired Justice Court judge for Choctaw County, MS.
She died on March 30, 2015, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.
Survivors include a son, Mike Braswell of Holcomb; a daughter, Darla Mayo of Louisville, MS; and three grandchildren.
Burial was in Bear Creek Cemetery in McCool, MS.
