Mrs. Marjorie Ann Wise Mahoney, age 77, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on April 4, 1938 in Trimble County, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of Raymond and Freda Williams Wise. She was raised in Trimble County before moving to Madison, Indiana in 1957. She married the love of her life, Charles "Denver" Mahoney, on June 16, 1954 in Madison, Indiana. This happy union was blessed with one daughter, Diana Lynn and two sons, Charles Kevin and Gary Dean. She was a cook at Madison Junior High School for thirty-three years before retiring in 2000. She was a member of Calvary Wesleyan Church. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed doing crafts and traveling. Marjorie died on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 6:30 a.m. at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana.
Marjorie will be missed by her loving her daughter, Diana Lynn Rusk and her husband, Doug of Hanover, Indiana; her loving sons, Charles Kevin Mahoney and his wife, Penny of Madison, Indiana, Garry Dean Mahoney and his wife, Audie of Madison, Indiana; her loving grandchildren, Cody, Casey, Andy, Katey, Caley Mahoney, Bristy Zike (Seth); her adoring great-grandchildren, Lexie Zike, Jackson Rusk, and Lane Allen Zike; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Freda Wise; her brother, Freddy Wise; her grandchild, Shelby Mahoney.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 13, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Monty Mahoney at the Calvary Wesleyan Church, 1627 Clifty Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky
