Elva Krotendofer, 99, Carrolltown passed away March 20, 2015 at home. She was born December 14, 1915 in Hastings, the daughter of Clemet and Anna (Shadle) Sutton. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Alley "Red" Krotendofer whom she married August 31, 1940; brothers George, James, Donald, Frank and Charles. Elva is survived by special friends George (Charlotte) Markovich, Carrolltown and their children Ronald (Sissy) Markovich, Lancaster; George Markovich, Jr. and sons Jonathan and Anthony and fiancee Darlene; Tammy (Randy) Lute, all of Carrolltown and children Justin Lute and Amanda Markovich and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown and enjoyed reading books and feeding the birds. Friends will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 22, 2015, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass 11:00 am Monday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown by Rev.
