LEE WATERS BRADLEY, California - Lee Roy Waters, 56, a former resident of Muscatine, died Tuesday, November 18, 2003, in California. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Rev. Don Swanson of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. A funeral luncheon will be held at First Baptist Church following the committal service. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.
Mr. Waters was born on July 5, 1947, in Muscatine, the son of LeRoy and Shirlee Jean Jamison Waters. He was a computer technician and programmer.
He is survived by his father, LeRoy Waters of Muscatine; one sister, Kathy Streger and her husband, Bill Hopp, of Vail, Colorado; and two nieces, Dena Bates of Muscatine, and Debbie Darrough of Eagle, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
