93 years old, she was born on June 21, 1921 in Bellaire, OH; to the late Edward and Minnie Unterzuber Rosser.
A registered nurse, Janet retired from the Weirton Medical Center where she had worked for many years.
She was an active member of the New Cumberland Christian Church where her father-in-law, the late Rev. Allen S. Fields had pastored for several years.
Also, she was the co-owner and operator of the former Fields Funeral Home in New Cumberland with her late husband, Allen S. Fields Jr.
In addition, Janet was preceded in death by her brother Jim Rosser.
She leaves two children, Jim Fields and his wife Becky of Virginia Beach, VA; and Edward Fields and his wife Leslie of New Cumberland, two grandchildren, Sarah & Allison, two great grandchildren, Adayson & Gabriella and several nieces and nephews.
She will be laid to rest at the New Cumberland Cemetery.
