She suffered from esophageal cancer and the effects of it's treatment for several years without losing her dignity or complaining. She was a pillar of strength and an inspiration to all.
Rachael was the mother of five and grandmother of 15. She was buried next to her husband on May 2nd which was her grandaughters 4th birthday.
Cause of death: Complications due to Cancer/COPD
