Mr. McGee, 57, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, April 9, 2015, at his home.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County. He retired from Weyerhaeuser as a chipping saw operator after 25 years. He formerly worked at Pearl River Resort and Hilton Garden Inn. He had been a self-employed electrician for 12 years. Mr. McGee was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his daughter, Amy Diane Poole of Philadelphia; son, William Daniel McGee of Union; five grandchildren; sister, Anita Suzanne Parker of Philadelphia; brothers, Jeff McGee, Keith McGee and Tim McGee, all of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Mr. McGee was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda D. McGee; son, Joshua Doyle McGee; parents, Billy and Anita McGee; and brother, Freddie McGee.
