The funeral was held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 114th & Fort Street in Omaha, Nebraska at 10 am Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Father Frank J. Baumert conducted the service and offered words of comfort. Mark Kuzelka and Tim Helman were readers, and musicians were Michele, Bill, and Missy Yindrick. Pallbearers were Joe Heskew, Mark Noonan, Joe Palik, Dan Boehle, Claire Stramel, and Frank Geisler. He was buried in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Lydia House or Sienna Francis House.
