Rev. Robert "Bob" Leland Talbott, Sr., 83, a resident of Pensacola, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Rev. Talbott was a retired Assembly of God pastor in Vero Beach, FL. After 5 years he answered the call to full-time evangelism.Rev. Talbott was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebeca Talbott; one brother, Juddie Talbott; one sister, Katherine Talbott Mathes; one granddaughter, Courtney Talbott Talmadge; and his parents, William Earl and Iva Mae Talbott.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Fannie Jones Talbott; one son, Robert "Robbie" Leland Talbott, Jr.; one daughter, Debbie Talbott Gay; 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held Friday, April 10, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 12:00 noon at the Family Worship Center, 1261 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
