Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am, on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Gaby Clovis Dupuis, 87, who passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Lafayette General Medical Center.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 2:30 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday and continue at 8:00 am until 11:15 am on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7 pm on Friday. Rev. Allen Breaux will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park in Lafayette.

Mr. Dupuis honorably served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion Post in Breaux Bridge. He was a custom welder by trade and could fix anything. Gaby enjoyed going dancing whenever he could.

He is survived by his son, John E. (Dana) Dupuis, Sr. of Breaux Bridge; three daughters, Rebecca Ann Dupuis Doise of Sunset, Jeanelle (James) Dronet of Lafayette, and Dynelle LaBiche of New Iberia; nine grandchildren, Willie Dronet, Kenny Ann Thibodeaux, Robbie Dronet, Sherry Lyn Lacombe, Jamie Dronet, John Edward 'Jed' Dupuis, Jr., Amy Liuzza, Claire Breen, and Douglas Doise; and four great grandchildren, Ainsley Myers, Emma Myers, Liam Breen, and Audrey Breen.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anna Ruth Arceneaux Dupuis; his parents, Edward and Rosalie Roy Dupuis; two brothers and three sisters.
