Sheila E. Mullins 66 of Richmond died April 7, 2015 at her home after a long illness. She was born May 4, 1948 in Richmond to Charles and Mabel Mae Brooks Cuneo and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker, and volunteered for the Salvation Army and at Hibberd Middle School working as a kitchen helper and teacher’s aide.

Survivors include her husband, who she married November 13, 1965, Johnnie, two children Delaninea Mullins (Pat), and Carlos Mullins of Richmond, four grandchildren Brandon, Josh, Brandy, Amanda, five great grandchildren Haley, Brayden, Aiden, Bentley, and Gunner, one sister June Pierson of Richmond, brother-in-law Randall Mullins of Richmond, many nieces and nephews, a special friend Libby Brim, and her dogs Toby and Buddy. She is preceded in death by her parents and many other brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday April 13, 2015 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
