Roberta Pauley Clark

Roberta Pauley Clark, 78, of Pulaski, Va., died Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at her home.

She was born March 18, 1937, in Pulaski. She was a member of the Grace Ministries, and a retired employee of Pulaski Furniture Corp.

Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Clark, and her brother, Floyd Pauley.

Surviving are daughter Mary Talbert and husband Charles; stepdaughters Rose Perdue and husband Alvin, and Elsie Dean; sons Avery Byrd Jr., Mark Byrd and friend Terase Christian, Steven Byrd and wife Connie, and Glenn Byrd and wife Dora; stepson Walter Clark and wife Donna; sisters Libby Byrd and Myrtle Brammer; 22 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Grace Ministries, MacGill Street, with the Rev. Dan Lawson and the Rev. Donald Byrd officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visiting will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church where the family will receive friends.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
