He is survived by his mother; brothers, Robert W. (Marsha) of Moab and Frank (Julie) of Bluffdale; nephews, Bo, Peter, Kris, and Ron; and niece, Hillary. Preceded in death by his father, brother, Jon; and nephews, Trent and Graham.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
