My Grandma Anna was born in Riceville, Tennessee. She lived in Akron, Ohio for 42 years and was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses for 40 years.
She was the daughter of Aaron and Mary Alice Wilson Beaver.

I lived with my Grandma for a year or so in my 20's. She loved to go on drives and her favorite place to eat was Manner's Restaurant in Ellet. She would always order Fish and Coca Cola.
Growing up as a young girl my family lived with both her and Grandpa. She made the best Gingerbread and being from the south she made the best cornbread you would ever want to eat. We always had a garden and I remember sitting on the floor snapping green beans and she canned alot too. She would sometimes let me help.
She was a small lady in stature but she had a temper if you crossed her the wrong way. I always respected my Grandmother when it came to her religion. She never forced me in to it, but I would sit and listen and give my view on certain topics.
When I got married Grandma wasn't able to attend but we all went over to her house afterwards and took pictures. She died 5 months after I got married.
I miss and love you so much Grandma.
Love,
Kay
