Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Rick Stevens and the Rev. Dr. Chuck Gaines officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

A native of Hopkinsville, she was born Jan. 21, 1964, the daughter of Tom and Ann Holsapple Yates, Hopkinsville. Following her receiving her doctorate of pharmacy degree at the University of Kentucky, she served as a pharmacist at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church and while an undergraduate student at Georgetown College, she was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Andrew Gray and her daughters, Lindsay Elizabeth Gray and Andrea Leigh Gray, both of Hopkinsville.
