Services for Virginia Louise Abrams, 77, Springmont Drive, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Moore's Baptist Church with the Rev. Bruce Kendrick officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Moore's Baptist Church, and visitation with the family will be from 5 until 6 p.m. Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She died at 9:59 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2004, at her home of natural causes. A native of Hopkinsville, she was born June 17, 1926, the daughter of the late Herlon Williams and Rosa Lee Sallee. She was retired as a Civil Service employee at Fort Campbell. She was a member of Moore's Baptist Church where she was in the missionary society and was a former member of the mass choir, the senior choir and had been a Vacation Bible School teacher. Her husband, Luther Abrams, survives.
