Bertha Aldridge McDowell, 91, of Newnan died Wednesday, 2 Jan 2007 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
She was born 19 Apr 1916 in Randolph County, AL to the late William Jackson Aldridge and Lydia Ann Wood Aldridge.
In addition to her parents, her husband, William Kirby McDowell and her daughter, Brenda Joan McDowell preceded her in death. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, 4 Jan 2007 in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The visitation is Friday between Noon and 2 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA.
