JAMES "JAKE" CHARLES CHUNN JR., 57, of EATONTOWN, passed away Monday, May 22, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Fort Monmouth, he was a lifelong resident of Eatontown. He graduated with honors from Monmouth Regional High School.
He was predeceased by his father, MSGT James C. Chunn Sr.; and his brothers, Robert L., John W., Leon A. and William L. Chunn. Surviving are his mother, Rhea Chunn-Dennis of Eatontown; three brothers, Donald and Richard Chunn of Eatontown, and David Chunn of Alabama; and three sisters, DeRethy Phillips and Lydia J. Chunn of Eatontown, and Cheryl M. Chunn of Neptune.
