Helen Marie Castillo, 81 years old, of Weirton, WV, died on Thursday, September 23, 2004, in Kindred Hospital in Oakdale, PA.
Helen was born on December 30, 1922, in McDonald, PA, to the late Mary Iski Kondik and the late Steve Kondik, Sr. She married Joseph Castillo, Jr., who passed away on November 22, 1985.
Helen was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Weirton, WV, and she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Cynthia Kester, who passed away on August 7, 1987; her son, Joseph Castillo, who died on December 31, 1983; her three sisters, Ann Kondik, Mary DeFebb, and Susan Dutka; and her brother, Steve Kondik.
She is survived by her grandson, Jason Kester and his wife, Amy, of Renfrew, PA; and Jonathon Kester of Rochester, PA; and great granddaughter, Danielle Kester. There will be no visitation.
Services will be held at Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, Inc., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV, on Saturday, September 25, 2004, at 10:00a.m. Burial will be at St. Paul Cemetery in Weirton, WV.
