MRS. W. R. FORREST DEAD
End Came At Her Home Last Sun- day Evening
Owing to the failing health of Mrs. Lucy Forrest, wife of W. R. Forrest, of Cedar Lake, she was brought home from the hospital at Richmond about two weeks ago, and her rapidly failing health terminated in her death Sunday evening.
She was sixty-four years of age, and in her younger days was very bright and capable, but fifteen years ago her mind gave way, and she has been cared for by the state during these years.
Her husband is blind, a result of exposures and hardships in southern prisons, while a member of an Ohio regiment in the Civil war.
The funeral was held Tuesday at the Cedar Lake church, and the burial in the Cedar Lake cemetery.
