Died, Mable Mullen, wife of Henry Mullen, and only child of Mr. and Mrs. John Elward, at her home five miles northeast of Cushing, Sept. 18, 1905. Mrs. Mullen was born in Clinton county, Indiana, April 11, 1880. She was converted to the Christian religion in 1902 and joined the Baptist church at Parkland and has since lived a devoted Christian life. She leaves a husband, an infant son and father and mother to mourn her loss. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Sharp after which her remains were laid to rest in the Parkland cemetery.
