Daughter of Timothy and Molly Lombard. Married to William Leslie Robinson (1914-1945) who was in the West Point Class of 1937. Robinson died as a POW on a Japanese ship en-route to Japan. She then married in 1946, Harry Walter 'Luke' Elkins who was also in the West Point Class of 1937 and was the West Point roommate of her first husband. Betty and Luke had two daughters and one son.
