Ralph Jackson “Jack” Oxendine, 77, of Corryton, Tenn., and formerly from Maryville, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
He was recently saved and is now reunited with his loved ones who have gone on before him.
Jack is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 40 years, Patricia; daughter, Desseri; father, Jess; mother, Stella; and all of his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Michael Jones; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Brenda Oxendine; grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney and Steven Hutchinson, Ryan and Noah Jones, Richard and Malachi Bowman; great-grandchildren, Xander and Brentley Hanley; most beloved cousin, Deitra and husband Everett Cooper.
Family will receive friends Friday, April 3, 2015, from 4-5 p.m. at Sherwood Chapel in Alcoa. The funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. with Jason Berry officiating. Family will meet at Clarks Grove Cemetery in Maryville at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, for a graveside service.
