Well Known Resident of Shelby Township Passes Away
James M. Lee died at his home in Shelby township at 3:30 a.m. Friday, July 30, aged fifty-three years, four months and fifteen days. He is survived by his wife, six sons and two daughters. They are John W., Shelby C., Roscoe L., Stanton J., Delzie R. Lee and Misses Scinnora and Dora M. Lee. Five brothers and one sister also survive. The funeral will be held at the Lewis Creek Baptist church at 3 p.m. Sunday August 1st, the Rev. Mr. Burkhart, of the Christian church, officiating.
The deceased was of a quiet, unassuming disposition and industrious and accommodating in all his relations with his neighbors and was universally respected by a large circle of acquaintances. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Edwards & Hageman.
