Mr. Worley was born October 30, 1921, in Cross County, and was the son of Lee Worley and Josie Thomas Worley. He lived in Cross and St. Francis Counties most of his life, was owner of Worley's Produce, was a Veteran of World War II, and was a Baptist.
Mr. Worley married Emma Jo Moore in 1956, and she survives him along with two sons; Eugene Worley and Johnny Worley, both of Forrest City, three daughters; Janet Tracy, Judy Miller, and Jeanna Childers, all of Forrest City, one sister, Dora Draughon of Colt, thirteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Worley will be held at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery.
